- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Barranquilla el veintisiete (27) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998).
- Segundo. PREVENIR al ISS parar que en posteriores oportunidades no incurra en la misma conducta lesiva de derechos fundamentales y resuelva oportunamente, como lo exige la Constitución, las peticiones que ante él eleven los ciudadanos.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
