- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Barrancabermeja.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a la Secretaria de Salud del Municipio de Barrancabermeja, para que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, inicie las diligencias necesarias para la asignacion de una A.R.S. a la accionante, de acuerdo a los cupos disponibles para ello, y teniendo en cuenta que padece de una enfermedad ruinosa cuya atencion no puede ser suspendida. Mientras ello sucede, en aras de preservar el principio de continuidad en el servicio, la atencion seguira siendo prestada por los Hospitales San Rafael de la ciudad de Barrancabermeja y Gonzalez Valencia de Bucaramanga.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
