R E S U E L V E:
Primero. Confirmar la decisión del Juzgado 35 Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá D.C. proferida el 26 de mayo de 1999 en el proceso de tutela de la referencia que denegó el amparo al actor y por las razones establecidas en esta providencia.
Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
