- Primero. Revocar íntegramente la sentencia dictada por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga, con fecha marzo 22 de 1995, en el proceso de tutela promovido por Rosa María Parra de Martínez, contra sentencias dictadas por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Málaga y la Sala de Familia del Tribunal de Bucaramanga, de fechas 19 de octubre de 1994 y 23 de enero de 1995, respectivamente. En su lugar, DENEGAR la tutela demandada por Rosa María Parra de Martínez contra las sentencias últimamente mencionadas.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, ENVÍESE copia de esta sentencia al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, I.C.B.F.
- Tercero. COMUNÍQUESE la presente sentencia al Tribunal Superior de Bucaramana, Sala de Familia, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
