Revocar la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, de fecha catorce (14) de mayo de dos mil tres (2003). Confirmar en los mismos términos y con la misma orden, la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil de la misma Corporación, de fecha nueve (9) de abril del mismo año, en la que amparó los derechos de las actoras Farina Esther Marín Beltrán y Jacqueline Farina Beltrán Marín contra la sentencia de la Sala Civil - Familia del Tribunal Superior de Santa Marta, de fecha 30 de octubre de 2002, y negar la acción de tutela en relación con Lizeth Beltrán Marín, por lo expresado en esta providencia.
Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
