- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión de términos ordenada mediante auto de 27 de noviembre de 2003, a fin de adoptar seguidamente la correspondiente decisión.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Acacias Meta el 7 de julio de 2003.
- Tercero. CONCEDER parcialmente la tutela interpuesta por la señora Martha Lucía León Vizcaino, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, en el sentido de que Telecom en liquidación solamente le puede cobrar a la tutelante el valor correspondiente a los primeros tres (3) periodos de mora en que incurrió el arrendatario, de conformidad con el artículo 140 de la ley 142 de 1994.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
