- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia, el fallo proferido por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, el dia 27 de julio de 1999, por medio del cual se revoco la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, el 15 de junio de 1999. Por lo tanto, se deniega la tutela impetrada por la senora Mirian Acosta Hormechea.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
