- Primero. Declárase la ocurrencia del hecho superado por cuanto la línea telefónica solicitada ya fue instalada.
- Segundo. Como quiera que se ha superado el hecho materia de la presente demanda de tutela, confírmase la sentencia del 10 de agosto de 2001 del Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla -pero por las razones expuestas en esta providencia-, por la cual se revocó la del Juzgado Doce Civil Municipal de Barranquilla, denegando en su lugar la demanda de tutela instaurada por MARBEL LUZ NARVÁEZ BAYUELO contra la Empresa Distrital de Telecomunicaciones E.S.P. de Barranquilla.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
