- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 41 Penal Municipal de Medellín, el 2 de marzo de 2000, dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por Ana Petrona Cervantes Jiménez actuando como agente oficiosa de su esposo, el señor Rafael Daniel Verona Támara contra el Director del Hospital Universitario San Vicente de Paul de Medellín.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al departamento de Córdoba para que de oportuna información a la accionante, en relación con las instituciones o entidades que puedan prestar los servicios en salud que requiere el señor Rafael Daniel Verona Támara.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
