- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el veintiuno (21) de marzo de 2003 por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal Municipal de Barranquilla, mediante el cual fue negado el amparo solicitado por la señora CELIA CONSTANZA QUIJANO DE MAULIM contra LA SOCIEDAD DE ACUEDUCTO, ALCANTARILLADO Y ASEO DE BARRANQUILLA S.A. E.S.P. y en su lugar DECLARAR IMPROCEDENTE la demanda de amparo, al establecer la Corte Constitucional que la accionante no ejerció oportunamente el recurso de queja contra lo resuelto por la demandada.
- Segundo. Ordenar que se levante la suspensión de términos dispuesta en el presente caso mediante auto del 2 de octubre de 2003.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
