- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias dictadas por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Cali y la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, dentro del trámite constitucional de la referencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corte, se compulsen copias de esta providencia, y se remita a la Procuraduría Regional del Valle del Cauca, para los fines indicados en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría, se libre la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
