- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos adoptados la Sala de Decisión Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá el 12 de septiembre de 2001, y por la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 23 de octubre del mismo año, mediante los cuales negaron la acción de tutela promovida a través de apoderado por la señora GRACIELA RUÍZ DE SANTOYO contra el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Bogotá.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
