REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 25 de marzo de 2003 por la Sala de Decisión Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, mediante el cual fue concedida la tutela y en su lugar DECLARAR IMPROCEDENTE LA ACCION DE TUTELA instaurada por la señora MARIA DEL PILAR ALMARIO QUINTERO contra el JUEZ DOCE PENAL MUNICIPAL DE CALI, doctor OSCAR MARINO GIL ZÚÑIGA, debido a la existencia de otro medio de defensa judicial.
- Segundo. Levantar la suspensión de términos ordenada en el presente caso mediante auto del 24 de septiembre de 2003.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
