Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Santander de Quilichao (Cauca) el 6 de diciembre de 2001, en el trámite constitucional de la referencia.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta. En consecuencia, ORDENAR al Director de Cajanal que en el término de tres (3) días contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, inicie las acciones necesarias para proporcionar a la accionante los audífonos que requiere, los cuales deberán ser entregados en un término máximo de diez (10) días contados a partir de la notificación del presente fallo.
Tercero. AUTORIZAR a Cajanal E.P.S. para que repita contra el FOSYGA por el costo de los audífonos proporcionados al beneficiario de la tutela de la referencia. El FOSYGA dispondrá de quince (15) días para reconocer lo debido o para indicar la fecha máxima dentro de la cual lo hará y, luego, dará cumplimiento a la obligación reconocida.
Cuarto. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
