- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por la Sala Civil, Familia y Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Valledupar el 20 de mayo de 2002, dentro del proceso de la accion de tutela instaurada por Merlys Acuna Larios contra Humana Vivir A.R.S., y en su lugar conceder la proteccion de los derechos a la salud y a la integridad fisica.
- Segundo. Ordenar a Humana Vivir A.R.S. que en el termino de diez (10) dias, contados a partir de la notificacion de esta sentencia, se tomen las medidas necesarias, si no se ha hecho aun, para que se suministren a Aura Cristina Benjumea Acuna los medicamentos indicados por el medico tratante, necesarios para atender el padecimiento de glaucoma en ambos ojos, asi como los procedimientos medicos tambien indicados por el para atender dicho padecimiento en los ojos, la cirugia para ano imperforado y la colocacion de audifonos.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
