Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Penal Municipal de Popayan el seis (06) de mayo de 2002.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta. En consecuencia, ORDENAR a SaludCoop E.P.S. que en el termino de tres (3) dias contados a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, inicie las acciones necesarias para proporcionar al accionante los audifonos que requiere, los cuales deberan ser entregados en un termino maximo de dos (2) meses contados a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo.
Tercero. AUTORIZAR a SaluCoop E.P.S. para que repita contra el FOSYGA por el costo de los medicamentos proporcionados al beneficiario de la tutela de la referencia. El FOSYGA dispondra de quince (15) dias para reconocer lo debido o para indicar la fecha maxima dentro de la cual lo hara y, luego, dara cumplimiento a la obligacion reconocida.
Cuarto. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
