Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de Arauca, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Ludy Amparo Ibarra Vacca contra el Instituto Departamental de Salud de Arauca -IDESA-. En su lugar CONCEDE el amparo solicitado.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto Departamental de Salud de Arauca, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, suministre a la señora Ludy Amparo Ibarra Vacca, los audífonos que le fueron recetados por el médico tratante. De no disponer el demandado de recursos especiales destinados a las personas limitadas de acuerdo a lo previsto por la ley 361 de 1997, la IPS podrá repetir contra el Fondo de Solidaridad de Garantías -FOSYGA- por el valor correspondiente.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
