- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Mocoa-Putumayo, el 30 de julio de 2001, dentro del proceso No. 2001-0225.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la salud y a una vida digna de la señora Georgina Mejía Perez y en consecuencia ORDENAR a CAJANAL EPS que dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, le suministre a la mencionada señora el audífono que requiere y le preste la asistencia necesaria para su adaptación, de conformidad con las necesidades de la accionante. CAJANAL EPS podrá acudir al Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía FOSYGA, para solicitar el reembolso de los dineros causados en virtud de lo anteriormente ordenado.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
