Tutela contra providencia judicial.
Considera la accionante que la autoridad judicial demandada vulneró su derecho fundamental al debido proceso, al haber fallado ultra petita en segunda instancia dentro de un proceso ejecutivo singular ordenando seguir adelante con la ejecución, con fundamento en una pretensión que no había sido incluida en la demanda, ni pedida o alegada en la apelación interpuesta por la parte ejecutante.
Luego de reiterar la regla general que establece que la tutela no procede contra decisiones judiciales y de analizar el caso en concreto, la Sala de Revisión decide confirmar las sentencias de instancia que DENEGARON el amparo solicitado.

CONFIRMAR el fallo de julio 31 de 2013, proferido por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Civil, por medio del cual confirmo el dictado en junio 5 de ese mismo ano por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, Sala Civil, que denego el amparo solicitado, mediante apoderado, por Pedro Alejo Pulido Rojas, A1 Contenedores Ltda. y A1 Bioseguridad S. A. S., contra el Juzgado 2o Civil del Circuito de Descongestion de Bogota.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, LIBRESE la comunicacion a que alude el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
