- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 4o Laboral del Circuito de Ibague - Tolima, el 24 de septiembre de 2001, y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela incoada por Manuel Bohorquez Zamora.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Director de la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social (Cajanal) que, si todavia no lo ha hecho y si la accionante no ha acudido ante la Jurisdiccion Contencioso Administrativa, en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, resuelva de fondo y mediante acto administrativo el recurso de apelacion interpuesto por Manuel Bohorquez Zamora contra la Resolucion No 016748 del 22 de agosto de 2000.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines alli contemplados.
