- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Cartagena y, en su lugar, conceder la tutela interpuesta por Hector Enrique Jara Torres contra el Seguro Social. En consecuencia se ordena al Seguro Social (Departamento de pensiones, seccional Bolívar) que, en el término de 48 horas, solicite efectivamente a la entidad territorial respectiva el correspondiente bono pensional en favor del demandante y de respuesta a la petición elevada por el actor.
- Segundo. Libérese las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
