- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Tunja, en la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Mercedes Mendoza de Muñoz, en contra de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social - Seccional Tunja-.
- En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social -Seccional Tunja-, que en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, profiera, si no lo hubiere hecho, el acto administrativo que resuelva de fondo el recurso de apelación interpuesto, en contra de la resolución número 020985 del 22 de septiembre de 2000, por medio de la cual se negó la pensión gracia de jubilación de la actora.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
