Pretende la actora que se protejan sus derechos fundamentales a la vida digna, a la salud y a la seguridad social y que en consecuencia, se ordene a la E.P.S.S Mutual Ser le autorice el suministro de la silla de ruedas que requiere con necesidad, debido al estado de discapacidad física que afronta.

Durante el trámite de la acción de tutela se hizo efectiva la autorización y entrega del elemento requerido por la peticionaria y en tal virtud, al encontrarse satisfecha la pretensión formulada en sede de tutela, se confirma la decisión de instancia que declaró la carencia actual de objeto, por presentarse un hecho superado

PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia proferida, el 02 de abril de 2014, por el Juzgado
Octavo. Civil Municipal de Santa Marta, dentro de la accion de tutela promovida por Nuris Marlene Calderon Polo contra Mutual Ser EPS-S.
SEGUNDO. Librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
