- Primero. CONFIRMAR la decisión proferida el 8 de agosto de 2003 por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral de Bucaramanga, que denegó la acción de tutela, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a la entidad demandada para que en lo sucesivo disponga todo lo necesario para que el señor Alexander Sánchez sea atendido oportunamente.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
