- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de 20 de diciembre de 2000, por medio de la cual el Juzgado Sesenta y Dos Penal Municipal resolvió tutelar el derecho fundamental a la educación invocado por la accionante DORIS MEDINA FAJARDO.
- Segundo. NEGAR el amparo solicitado por tratarse de un hecho ya superado.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación se libren las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
