Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Dos Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá el 25 de enero de 1999 por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, en cuanto declaró improcedente la tutela instaurada por el doctor Orlando Enrique Vásquez Velásquez contra un Juzgado Regional de Medellín y la Sala de Decisión Penal del Tribunal Nacional.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional háganse las comunicaciones de que trata el Decreto 2591 de 1991.
