- Primero. CONFIRMASE la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Decisión Constitucional del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali el 9 de julio de 1998, mediante la cual se negó la tutela impetrada por EDUARDO MESTRE SARMIENTO.
- Segundo. REMITASE copia de esta providencia al Tribunal Nacional, para que la tenga en cuenta en este y en los demás procesos a su cargo.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
