- Primero. CONFIRMAR la decision de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura en cuanto nego la tutela contra la Seccion Quinta de la Sala Contencioso Administrativa del Consejo de Estado.
- Segundo. REVOCAR las ordenes impartidas por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura en los numerales 2deg, 3deg, 4deg y 5deg del fallo por ella proferido el dia 29 de octubre de 1998, en razon a las consideraciones expuestas en la presente sentencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
