- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de fecha 7 de julio de 1995, proferido por la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que confirmo a su vez la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Decision Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Medellin, que nego la accion de tutela interpuesta por la senora Soledad Montoya Vda. de Restrepo.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique el contenido de esta providencia a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellin, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
