- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Bello, mediante el cual negó el amparo solicitado.
- El apoderado del menor ejercerá, dentro del proceso de sucesión, si no hubiere culminado, los recursos procedentes y promoverá los incidentes a que haya lugar.
