- PRIMERO. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLE el "Acuerdo entre Ecuador y Colombia sobre pesca artesanal firmado en la ciudad de Popayán a los trece (13) días del mes de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994)"," y la Ley 1131 de 2007 aprobatoria del mismo.
- SEGUNDO. Enviar copia de esta sentencia al Presidente de la República y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores para los efectos pertinentes a que alude el artículo 241, Num. 10, de la Constitución Nacional.
