Demanda de inconstitucionalidad en contra del numeral 8 del artículo 55 del Decreto Ley 267 de 2000, por el cual se dictan normas sobre organización y funcionamiento de la Contraloría General de la República, se establece su estructura orgánica, se fijan las funciones de sus dependencias y se dictan otras disposiciones.
El demandante solicita que se declare la inexequibilidad de la norma acusada, por considerar que vulnera el artículo 267 de la Constitución.
La Corte constató que la demanda no señala la norma demandada y que el concepto de violación que la sustenta carece de certeza y especificidad, pues se basa en una proposición jurídica que no es real y existente, sino que es derivada de una interpretación subjetiva e injustificada que hace el actor de la norma cuestionada.
La Sala Plena se declara INHIBIDA para decidir de fondo, por ineptitud sustantiva de la demanda.
