- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar exequibles, la parte del articulo 113 que dice "Si como producto de esta investigacion se encuentran irregularidades, la oficina de Veeduria podra separar temporalmente al funcionario responsable, mientras se comunica al superior inmediato o a la autoridad nominadora, segun la gravedad de la falta", siempre y cuando se realice audiencia previa y mediante decision motivada, y la parte del articulo 115 que dice: "b) Ejecutar en el lugar de trabajo o en sitio publico, cualquier acto contra la moral o las buenas costumbres", del Decreto 2699 del 30 de noviembre de 1991.
- Segundo. Inhibirse de fallar sobre la expresion "el abuso de los derechos", del articulo 115 del Decreto 2699 del 30 de noviembre de 1991.
