ARTICULO 113 . Para los Fiscales y Unidades de Policía Judicial la Oficina de Veeduría podrá adelantar investigación, en cualquier momento, sobre el tratamiento tanto ético, como de procedimiento, dado a los diferentes casos y procesos que tengan asignados. Si como producto de esta investigación se encuentran irregularidades, la Oficina de Veeduría podrá separar temporalmente al funcionario responsable, mientras se comunica al superior inmediato o a la Autoridad Nominadora, según la gravedad de la falta.
