Demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra los artículos 382 (parcial) y 626 (parcial) de la Ley 1564 de 2012, por medio de la cual se expide el Código General del Proceso y se dictan otras disposiciones.
El demandante considera que los apartes cuestionados quebrantan los artículos 29 y 229 de la Constitución Política.
La Sala concluyó que los cargos por desconocimiento del acceso a la administración de justicia y el derecho al debido proceso, adolecen de falta de certeza, especificidad y pertinencia, fundamentalmente, porque se realizan a partir de una lectura parcial de las normas censuradas.
La Sala Plena se INHIBE de emitir pronunciamiento de fondo, por la ineptitud sustantiva de la demanda.
