Declararse INHIBIDA para emitir pronunciamiento de fondo respecto de la expresion "Para efectos de este gravamen, el concepto de riqueza es equivalente al total del patrimonio liquido del obligado" contenida en el articulo 292 del Estatuto Tributario, tal y como fue adicionado por el articulo 17 de la Ley 863 de 2003, y respecto del articulo 295 del Estatuto Tributario, tal y como fue adicionado por el articulo 17 de la Ley 863 de 2003, por ineptitud sustancial de la demanda.
