- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Penal del Circuito de Medellín el 31 de enero de 2000.
- En su lugar CONCEDER la tutela y ORDENAR a la empresa Coltejer, que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de ésta providencia, si aún no lo hubiere hecho, cancele las mesadas adeudadas al demandante.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 el decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
