- Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, el fallo del Consejo de Estado, Sección Segunda, Subsección "A", proferido el 23 de septiembre de 1999, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por la Asociación de Pensionados Oficiales de la Salud de Santander, "APOSALDER", contra el Hospital Psiquiátrico "San Camilo". En su lugar, SE CONCEDE el amparo y SE ORDENA al representante legal del Hospital demandado que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este Fallo, se ponga al día en el pago de las mesadas pensionales de las personas representadas por "APOSALDER" en este proceso, es decir, los pensionados afiliados a dicha asociación.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
