- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 26 de enero de 2000, por la Sala Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior de Montería, pero con base en las consideraciones aquí expuestas.
- Lo anterior no exime al Gerente de la E.S.E. Hospital San Juan de Sahagún, para que tomen medidas presupuestales y económicas que aseguren, en el futuro, el pago puntual y completo de los salarios y demás obligaciones laborales contraídas con sus trabajadores.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
