- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Barranquilla del 11 de noviembre de 1999. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección de los derechos al trabajo, y al mínimo vital del señor Máximo José Mercado Anillo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa Vigilancia Técnica COVITECNICA Ltda, que el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, cancele los salarios adeudados al señor Máximo José Mercado Anillo.
- Tercero. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionará de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
