- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Medellín.
- Segundo. CONCEDER, en su lugar, las tutelas de la referencia y ORDENAR a la empresa COLTEJER S.A., que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de ésta providencia, si aún no lo hubiere hecho, cancele las mesadas adeudadas a los demandantes.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
