- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Barrancabermeja, el 7 de febrero de 2001 y en su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo de los derechos a la salud en conexidad con el derecho a la vida, la dignidad humana la integridad fisica del senor Manuel Rico Martinez.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la I.P.S. CAJASAN coordinar con la Secretaria de Salud Municipal de Barrancabermeja, para que en un plazo no mayor de quince (15) dias habiles, contados a partir de la notificacion de esta sentencia, realice, si aun no se hubiere hecho, el transplante de cornea requerido por el senor Manuel Rico Martinez.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
