- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por los Juzgados Vigésimo
- Tercero. Penal Municipal y Diecisiete Penal del Circuito de Medellín, y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela a Luz Marina Quintero Romero.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a COOMEVA E.P.S., que suministre la prótesis ocular a Luz Marina Quintero Romero, en las condiciones médicas y científicas que para ello se requieran, para lo cual se le concederá un término de diez (10) días contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia.
- Tercero. COOMEVA E.P.S., podrá repetir contra el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral en Salud, a fin de que se le reembolsen las sumas de dinero que ocasione el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el numeral precedente.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría se librarán las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
