Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Apartadó, el 2 de agosto de 2000 y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela a Omar Enrique Martínez Orozco.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Antioquia, que suministre la prótesis ocular al señor Omar Enrique Martínez Orozco, en las condiciones médicas y científicas que para ello se requieran, para lo cual se le concederá un término de diez (10) días contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia.
Tercero. El Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Antioquia, podrá repetir contra el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral en Salud, a fin de que se le reembolsen las sumas de dinero que ocasione el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el numeral precedente.
Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
