- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Cali el 9 de diciembre de 1999.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela en protección del mínimo vital y del derecho al trabajo de la tutelante. ORDENAR a la Directora del Hospital "San Juan de Dios" de Cali que en el término de quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, proceda a cancelar los salarios dejados de pagar a la señora Rubiela Rosa Obando Vinazco y continúe cumpliendo puntualmente con las obligaciones derivadas de la relación laboral.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
