Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Administrativo del Valle del Cauca -Sección Primera-, por medio del cual negó la protección solicitada por ALVARO ESTEBAN CASTRO ARANDA.
Segundo. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el Tribunal Administrativo del Valle del Cauca -Sección Primera-, por medio del cual negó la tutela de los derechos invocados por MELVA PLAZA PRADO. En su lugar, se concede la protección constitucional del derecho al trabajo y del mínimo vital de la accionante.
En consecuencia, se ordena al Hospital San Vicente de Paul -Palmira- que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, pague las sumas adeudadas a la peticionaria por concepto de salarios.
Tercero. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
