- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida el 16 de marzo de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Honda y, en su lugar, tutelar los derechos a la seguridad social en salud, a la integridad personal y a la dignidad del menor Cristian Camilo Alvarado Mateus.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Director Regional Tolima de CAFESALUD que dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de este pronunciamiento programe las cirugías requeridas por el niño Cristian Camilo Alvarado Mateus, realice tales cirugías en el término máximo de un mes y preste luego toda la atención requerida por el menor para su recuperación.
- Tercero. Reconocerle a CAFESALUD el derecho a repetir contra el Fosyga por los gastos en que incurra con ocasión del cumplimiento de esta tutela y que no estén cubiertos por el Plan Obligatorio de Salud.
- Cuarto. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
