- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 15 de enero de 2004 por el Juzgado 2 Civil del Circuito de Cali, mediante la cual revoco la dictada en primera instancia, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por Cipriano Rondon Saenz contra Empresarios Unidos de Cali U.T y Comercializadora La Confianza S.A
- En su lugar, CONFIRMAR la dictada por el Juzgado 11 Civil Municipal de Cali el 24 de octubre de 2003 que concede el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Empresas Unidas de Cali U.T y a la Comercializadora La Confianza S.A que en forma inmediata restablezcan las condiciones de trabajo del senor Cipriano Rondon Saenz, permitiendole el ejercicio de su actividad como colocador de apuestas permanentes independiente, sin exigirle exclusividad alguna.
- Tercero. LIBRESE por secretaria la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
