- Primero. REVOCASE el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Cincuenta Penal del Circuito de Bogota, dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por medio de apoderado por el senor Edgar Eduardo Robles Fonnegra contra la Asociacion Scout de Colombia, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. En consecuencia, CONCEDASE el amparo solicitado y ORDENASE al representante legal de la Asociacion Scout de Colombia, o a quien haga sus veces, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, acepte la inscripcion del actor como scout dentro de la asociacion.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
