PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Penal del Circuito de Palmira. En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por la senora LILIA AGUILAR SALGADO.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Distrito Militar No 18 de las Fuerzas Militares de Colombia, Ejercito Nacional en Palmira para que haga entrega de la Tarjeta Provisional Militar al joven DARIO BOTACHE AGUILAR en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia y adopte todas las medidas conducentes para fijar segun las condiciones economicas del mismo, los plazos y modalidades para el pago del total de la cuota de compensacion militar.
TERCERO. LIBRESE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
